Recently, the China Invention Association announced the evaluation results of the 2022-2023 "Invention and Entrepreneurship Award". ACF won the "Invention and Entrepreneurship Award Project Award (Bronze Award)" of the China Invention Association for 2022-2023 with its "Key Technology Research and Application of Cartilage Biomimetic Materials".

The China Invention Association is an organizational structure with the qualification to nominate for the National Science and Technology Award (General Project). The Invention and Entrepreneurship Award of the China Invention Association was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2005 and established by the China Invention Association. It is the first national highest award established for inventors. The selection of the awards was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, the All China Federation of Trade Unions, the China National Intellectual Property Administration and other ministries and departments as well as relevant organizations.

The award-winning "Core Technology Research and Application of Cartilage Biomimetic Materials" project is a three-dimensional ultrastructural technology developed by Academician Wang Bowei to mimic the function and structure of cartilage. The cartilage biomimetic materials (also known as "artificial cartilage materials") made from this technology have the same or better buffering and energy absorption effects as cartilage, instantly converting kinetic energy into inconspicuous thermal energy.

Through technological iteration and upgrading, ACF has solved major challenges in various fields such as anti drop, collision, vibration, noise reduction, and sealing, and completed more than 50 scientific research and industrialization projects.

In the field of footwear and clothing protection, ACF has completed a research project on cushioning and shock absorption for 17 combat boots, formulated relevant military industry standards, and implemented military equipment, as well as provided low-temperature energy absorption protection technology solutions for the ice and snow protection project of the Beijing Winter Olympics; In the field of electronic protection, we not only provide a solution for a well-known home appliance brand to mute and upgrade their wall breaking machines, but also offer a server chip impact protection solution for an electronic product giant brand; In the field of industrial vibration reduction, we provide technical solutions for vibration reduction and noise reduction for compressors and embroidery machines for multiple manufacturers.
