1、 Introduction

In the design of footwear industry, the selection of sole materials and structural design has always been a focus of attention. With the development of technology and the increasing demand for sports equipment performance from consumers, traditional shoe materials are no longer able to meet the needs of modern sports. This article aims to explore new trends in shoe material industry design, with a particular focus on how ACF materials can lead innovation and upgrading in this field.

2、 Overview of sole structure and its function

The sole of a shoe usually consists of a midsole and an outsole.

The insole of a shoe includes an insole and an insole, with the insole used to absorb sweat and prevent bacterial growth; The midsole is often made of materials such as foam, ACF, AMPLIFOAM, EVA, etc., to provide shock absorption and support; The outsole is made of wear-resistant materials such as rubber to ensure the durability of the shoes. 3、 The application of ACF material in insoles (insoles)

ACF material can replace traditional shock-absorbing materials and be designed as a unique ACF artificial cartilage insole. Taking the ACF blue heavy insole as an example, its structure includes the following parts:

① Surface breathable fabric: enhances the air circulation inside the shoes, effectively absorbs sweat and moisture, and keeps feet dry and comfortable.

② Mid layer ACF-38 gasket: Made of ACF's SH1-38 material, it can absorb most of the impact force and reduce foot and knee injuries during exercise.

③ Middle layer AOSOLITE material: Anti slip and wear-resistant, improving sports stability and safety.

Energy recovery rate: ACF insoles have a high energy recovery rate, indicating good resilience and providing long-lasting power support for athletes.

By comparing the performance of A and B brand insoles, we found that ACF insoles perform well in multiple indicators, especially in terms of cushioning performance and energy recovery rate.

5、 The Application of ACF Materials in Midsole

ACF material not only has excellent shock absorption effect, but also has excellent compression resistance and wear resistance. Therefore, when used in the midsole of shoes, it can better enhance the athletic performance of athletes and significantly extend the service life of shoes.

Taking the Xunfeng badminton shoes as an example, the sole and center cushion structure of this shoe incorporate ACF pads. This innovative design not only significantly reduces the impact force on the feet of athletes during rapid movement and jumping, effectively reducing the risk of sports injuries, but also significantly improves the athlete's performance while maintaining foot comfort. The compression resistance and wear resistance of ACF gaskets ensure the durability of the shoes, allowing athletes to maintain their best condition during long, high-intensity competitions.

The introduction of ACF materials has brought revolutionary changes to insole design. Its excellent cushioning performance, stability, and wear resistance make ACF insoles surpass traditional insoles in multiple aspects.
