On January 21st, the Foshan Nanhai District Technology and Finance Strong District Development Conference was grandly held in the Qiandeng Lake Venture Capital Special Town. Themed "Nanhai New Hub, Jinke Strong Engine", the conference outlined key measures for the integrated development of technology and finance. The ACF metamaterial pilot platform, which has been approved this time, is built upon the years of technological accumulation of the ACF Soft Valley Laboratory. The laboratory has been deeply engaged in the field of bionic energy-absorbing materials for nearly two decades. After six years and more than 12,000 experiments, it has successfully developed the ACF artificial cartilage bionic energy-absorbing metamaterial, with an impact energy absorption rate of up to 97.1%, capable of operating stably in extreme environments.
The platform integrates resources from four basic laboratories and nine application joint laboratories, establishing a closed loop of "research and development - pilot testing - industrialization", providing core support for metamaterial technology to move from the laboratory to the market.

The establishment and accreditation of this platform carry profound significance. It not only represents a vivid practice of the technology-finance integration strategy in the South China Sea region, but also marks a significant breakthrough in regional industrial upgrading. As a pivotal hub for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the platform will effectively mitigate the risks associated with the industrialization of metamaterials, expedite the application of technology in various fields such as sports medicine, chip protection, and automotive collision avoidance, and inject momentum into cultivating new productive forces in the South China Sea.
